We Believe Every Body Deserves a Chapter.

Hygiene First LLC was founded on one idea: that every youth child — regardless of gender, background, or how they were raised — deserves honest, shame-free information about their own body.

Our Story

Hygiene First LLC was created from a simple but powerful belief:
every young person deserves access to honest education, healthy habits, and the confidence to care for themselves.

What began as a passion for helping youth feel prepared and empowered has grown into a movement centered around hygiene education, menstrual health awareness, self-care, and confidence-building for students ages 10–18.

At Hygiene First, we understand that conversations about personal care, puberty, menstrual health, body changes, and self-expression are often overlooked or treated with shame. We are changing that narrative by creating safe, engaging, and judgment-free spaces where students can learn, ask questions, and build lifelong healthy habits.

Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and relatable conversations, we help young people:

  • Build confidence in caring for their bodies
  • Learn practical hygiene and wellness skills
  • Explore self-expression and identity
  • Develop leadership and advocacy skills
  • Feel seen, supported, and empowered

Our workshops are designed for schools, youth programs, families, community organizations, and wellness events — blending education with creativity, connection, and real-world tools students can use every day.

From Fresh After the Whistle to Create & Control and our menstrual hygiene advocacy workshops, every experience is rooted in one mission:

To educate. To empower. To advocate.

Because when young people have knowledge, support, and confidence, they are able to show up fully as themselves — in school, in sports, in friendships, and in life.

At Hygiene First, we believe hygiene is more than routine care.
It is confidence.
It is self-respect.
It is wellness.
And it is a form of self-love.

For Every Body — One Chapter at a Time.
